We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great and its location wonderful! Room was very spacious as expected. Besides, there was free Wi Fi in the property.

That service was missing.

Worth its 3 stars. Deluxe hotel, really friendly staff. Comforts of deluxe queen room were fabulous - TV with satellite channels, central heating and a private safe. As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Bella Venezia couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Fantastic touristic attractions like cannaregio were close to this place. Location is EXCELLENT, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Castello neighborhood was worth exploring.
